my favorite kind, part 2.

Remember this adorable family (click here)?  Well, it seems like it has been forever since I’ve shared anything from a session beyond the sneak peek, so I think it’s time to get rolling on some of these long overdue blogs! Enjoy some images for this wonderful session 🙂

sneak peek: double trouble plus one.

When I first arrived, Mom and Dad told me one of the biggest challenges of adding an adorable duo to the mix is making sure they spend enough quality time with big sis.  I am pretty sure this is a sentiment shared with many parents who have more than one kiddo.  I felt it was...

sneak peek: smiles, from start to finish.

No joke, this adorable (almost) 1 year old did not stop smiling.  She was just the happiest, most easy going little girl, which is why it was next to impossible to choose just one image for a sneak peek.   So, I am cheating a bit and showing off a few more images of this...

sneak peek: just gets cuter and cuter.

Anyone recognize this adorable face? Click here  and here!  This is just one of the many reasons I love repeat sessions during the first year- it is amazing to me how much this little guy has changed.   Can’t wait to share more from this perfect summer session, ending in a cake smash 🙂

sneak peek: just a bit of fun.

Glancing over the images from our session yesterday, I found one after another filled with laughter and giggles.   I’d say we had just a little bit of fun playing and exploring… Don’t ya think? 😉  I can’t wait to share more! Thanks for choosing me to photograph your beautiful family 🙂

Meet Jessie

evanston studio photographer 35

I love photography; I always have. I remember waiting anxiously at the drugstore so that I could rush home with my new pictures and carefully put them into frames and photo albums.

Even though 20 years have passed and digital cameras changed photography, my feelings and excitement are the same. I still race home after a shoot to look at every image and relive each moment of our session.

My goal is to combine the emotion that I feel with every click of the camera with your family as you actually are: smiling, laughing, even crying. I strive to find the true essence of who you are and capture these moments for you for a lifetime. Your family, as you are, smiling, laughing, even crying, but mainly just being yourselves.
